A brand under the banner of Davis Sanders Homes, Simply Living focuses on providing a range of homes designed to simplify the new home building process. Simply Living is the brand for those looking for an affordable new home that ticks all the boxes without compromising on service or quality.
Featured first and foremost is a custom built package search on the Homepage. Targeting first home buyers, users can easily type in their current rental value to see what packages are available to them.
Within the packages area, users can search using the filter, download a brochure or send an enquiry. We’ve also highlighted the ‘per week’ package pricing throughout this page and the home design area to ensure this information is readily available.
We incorporated Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) to enable users to see what structural options are available on a home. Whether on a desktop, tablet or mobile device, users can easily interact with a floorplan to zoom, flip and see the plan in full screen.
We made the home design browsing experience even easier by including both recently viewed and compare features. By personalising the experience, users can access their five most recently viewed homes so they can pick up where they left off. We’ve also added the ability to compare up to four different floorplans at any time so that users can understand floorplans quickly at a glance.
We also designed a product book for the Simply Living brand to display their range of home designs. We kept the design inline with the website styles and focused on a fresh, clean look with bright imagery to showcase their range.
